The painting and decorating for this landmark redevelopment—across residences, hotel, and amenity spaces—was not performed by LLC Group directly. Instead, it was carried out by the same experienced team who now lead project delivery at LLC Group Miami.

Their work spanned:

• 90 private residences
• Multiple pools and spas
• Fine dining and boutique retail
• Event venues and lounges

Each space came with its own challenges—tight schedules, high traffic, and even higher expectations. But through careful coordination, quality materials, and skilled application, the result was exactly what the project demanded: a reimagined icon, finished to perfection.
